Q: What if I found any problem of the item upon receipt?
A: We guarantee that your item will arrive in perfect condition. If you find your items are not in good condition, please notify us of the problem with the invoice within 14 working days after your receipt of your items.
Q: Can we change or cancel the orders?
A: Once you have confirmed your order, we are unable to cancel or change your item.
Q: How should I store the chocolate upon receipt?
A: Our chocolate should be always stored in dry area at room temperature (approximate between 15 to 18(c) and out of direct sunlight. We highly recommend you to consume our chocolate before the expiry date which printed on the box.
Q: What is the proper way to “thaw out” the chocolate once it is taken out of storage?
A: Keep chocolates in the original packing until it has attained room temperature.
Q: Can I order an item to be shipped internationally?
A: Unfortunately, we are only able to ship your order to Hong Kong at this moment. However, we are planning to ship internationally in soonest future.
